Just some pictures I wanted to post

Here are some pictures I wanted to post. The first is just fun. The second is our male leopard gecko. The 3rd one is one of our female bearded dragons. I took the dragon and gecko to my son's school on different days. The kids loved them.

Wendy,

The Gecko and the Dragon are cute. I'm wondering what exactly do they eat. I don't think I would want them crawling around. :)

LOL Glo, They eat mostly crickets or mealworms. But the Dragons eat greens like Kale, green peppers, etc. They can't have lettuce. But otherwise they can eat veggies and crickets or mealworms. I prefer the mealworms to the crickets since you just put them in the dorm fridge we have for that reason and move on. One or other can eat pinkie(newborn ---just born mice as well I think).

They are all in cages. The dragons are in large aquariums for now(like over 50gals and such) the geckos are in rubbermaid containers in his storage unit made just for them. He's breeding the geckos.

I love them most of the time. We'd love to have more and have a whole building once again just for them. Which if we had the money we'd have sheep again, goats, horses(esp the mini ones) cats(exotic ones), more dogs, a couple of snakes, some more different reptiles. I'd love to have a place for injured wildlife to recover before releasing them to the wild again. But for now it's just a dream.

Wendy, I love ya, but if those things were in my house, it would either be them or me...no way would the place be big enough for all 3 of us. ROFL

Mad,
I love them I do. But I swear sometimes......I do think if we had more space or another house for them we'd have tons more. I'd love to get a blue white's tree frog, some water dragons, a couple of frill dragons, some leaftail geckos(they need a special cage/display since they can climb the sides of what we have), some poison dart frogs, and he'd love to have some snakes. I might, see the MIGHT, coul deal with a pyhton or Boa I think. They grow on you. I'm more the cat and cute cuddly animals he's more dogs and cold blooded. Although the more I learned about the reptiles the more I liked them. Heck I don't kill spiders now unless I forget about myself. I usually try to take them outside to the woods and let them go. It's a pain but they do have a purpose. See what happens when you marry a man who is like me in that before we get any animal we must read all we can find on them and the care of them. Then we hit shows with them. Hence why we like the show in Raleigh(it's in May this year). There I learned about spiders and all kinds of things I'd rather not. But I still will not let him get some for pets, it ain't happen'! But the dragons and geckos I like. So do the kids.
